You can change your MoneyWiz Cloud password from the application itself. To do this, first you need to enter MoneyWiz Cloud section of the application. It's possible in one of the two following ways:
- click on the round avatar icon at the top of the left sidebar or
- go to MoneyWiz Settings by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar and then click on the first section that shows your e-mail.
Once you're there, find the "Change password" button.
Alternatively, in order to change your security answers you'll need to sign into the SYNCbits portal (MoneyWiz Cloud uses SYNCbits). Use the green Change Security Questions/Answers button to change your security questions and answers. You can also change your password from here, using the blue Change Password button.
Please note that after changing your password, you'll be signed out from all devices (apart from the device you've used to change the password, if you did it from the application) and asked to sign back in.
