I had a very similar problem on the current mac version (3.5.3) What seemed to cure it was to force a page refresh by setting the date order to be oldest-> newest and then back again. Since then it works ok (well as much as 3.5.3 works with PSD2) I did find however that for that first time, the missing transactions had been automatically set to reconciled. I don't know if you can do the ordering thing on iOS.

Hello Michael, please contact us via e-mail  hello@wiz.money so that we can assist. This means we have to report the issue to  SaltEdge service. In order to do that, we need to help them identify your connection among thousands of others. For that, we need Online Banking debug information.

I agree with andypyeomans amongst others. One month on from an indication that "Once we release for iOS/macOS (hopefully next week some time" and there is no news at all. I am on the beta, and the last update was 9 days ago. Hard to beleive that you're actively working on this, and if you are, you certainly arent keeping your loyal customers informed.

I for one will be thinking hard about renewing my subscription

Hello Andrew, we should be submitting to Apple this week. Fixing final bugs that we know of, not even related to bank connections but to search of banks as we've completely modified the account creation screen on iOS... the public beta has been released since last week.

I'm really getting crazy, now. After the new update 3.6.2 on IOS, as well on PC and MacOS, the connection is much more worse than before.
(German) Bank N26 is impossible to connect. I reconnected the Bank inside the App, then I'm asked for login data of N26, then I've to accept several times inside the App N26 the access to SaltEdge, then I'm getting message "Connection failed. (6Y4J5z)". This I can make until I'm getting crazy.

By the way, which of all these many different connections types are the only and real one? Inside your App I can find N26 SaltEdge, N26 PSD2 Saltedge...

Hello Sunshine, Both are real, N26 PSD2 Saltedge is through the new system, but the old system also works. Please contact us via e-mail  hello@wiz.money so that we can assist.

For me, Sync with N26 worked fine even before the last update.

With the last update, I can sync with Commerzbank as well.

You connect, authorize, then click on "Continue in the background" and that's all.

But yes, the sync takes around 1 minute.

To be honest, it should be faster.

BTW, thank you for the update!

Well, now my ABN AMRO works since Monday, without the MacOS update. The annoying thing it the need to re-log in for every refresh I try, but it works fine otherwise.

But now I'd like to know if SaltEdge will pickup the Yodlee-only EU banks.

Hi Martin, If your bank requires this type of authentication on every login, then it will be required to authenticate every time you wish to sync this account. If you go to the web-site of your online-banking, can you disable the request of additional codes?

SaltEdge works with banks from all countries, not just from EU.

    Hi Paula,

I know that SaltEdge works with banks from all countries, but some banks are now only accessible with Yodlee. That is a problem for EU banks, since that link is broken with PSD2. So for my EU bank that is not working with SaltEdge, there is no way to connect to it until either Yodlee fixes itself or SaltEdge adds it to its roster.

This obviously does not affect the Yodlee-aggregated banks outside the EU.

@Martin - unfortunately that's a side effect of the big changes in the banking space in the EU...there will be some period of turbulence until things settle down. What I expect would happen is that SaltEdge will add more banks, but when particular bank will be added is beyond our control unfortunately.

Don’t even get past the enter email address prompt for N26. I put the correct email address in and get an error saying it’s invalid.

I am based in UK and my online accounts (not available for weeks now!) all link via Yodlee. I use Android and Windows so waiting patiently for resolution. When Saltedge etc. is sorted are all the accounts going to be linked using their system and will Yodlee accounts (in Europe)  just be migrated. ??

@Ray, first of all thank you for your patience. We're already working on the Windows/Android versions and those should be faster to do, now that we've done iOS/macOS...
To answer your question - we can't automatically migrate the accounts for multiple reasons:

    1. We don't store banking credentials, and connecting again requires the banking credentials

    2. Open Banking will work via SaltEdge, not Yodlee

    3. There is a legal requirement by the financial regulator, that you formally give consent to SaltEdge to collect that data and provide it to MoneyWiz to display it for you.

So basically once the update is out, you just need to disconnect the Yodlee accounts and re-connect them using the SaltEdge Open Banking version of the accounts (at which point the Yodlee version won't even show up in search anymore).

Thanks Iliya. I have checked the UK accounts that I use presently and none of them are "Saltedge partners" at present and only "linked" to Yodlee.

Do I need to ask you to tell Saltedge anything or request that they add the bank? If no online access to accounts the usefulness of MoneyWiz to me falls away pretty quick. As the Banks are based in UK/EU at present I would imagine they have to be adopting the new standards so why aren't they showing up in the account list. Barclays bank is but the ones I use aren't. ??

@Ray - it's best to contact SaltEdge and request your banks (or at least that's what they told us). You can request PSD2 banks to be added here:

Any ETA on the Windows desktop version to be compatible with the new SaltEdge PSD2 connections?

@Tiago - hopefully in a couple of weeks, we're actually progressing a little faster then originally expected. Android is going into testing early next week and if all goes well - release by end of next week. Windows is trailing behind by several days.

    What is wrong?
Since 2 days I cannot update American Express anymore. I reconnected already the SaltEdge connection, but no success. No day without issues :(
Either Amex isn't working, or N26, or Deutsche Bank.
    IOS and MacOs

In that case, please contact us via e-mail hello@wiz.money so that we can assist and send us the debug information for this account and we will investigate it together with the aggregator. I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with MoneyWiz. We understand your disappointment, but please note that when it comes to specific online banking errors, we are not who investigating the issue. As you probably are aware, we do not connect to banks directly. We use 3d party online banking service providers for that. Our providers are SaltEdge and Yodlee. When a user reports about some error while connecting to his/her bank, we forward the case to our online banking provider and they took all the necessary steps on investigation and fix. Unfortunately we have no control over this investigation process.
